Contact

Use this page for calculator corrections, broken route reports, accessibility feedback, privacy questions, and policy issues. Calctrove is a small browser-first tools site, so the most useful reports include the exact page URL and the inputs that produced the problem.

Email

Reach us at hello@calctrove.com.

Include the page URL, inputs, expected output, actual output, and device/browser. Screenshots are helpful for layout bugs, but never send passwords, private keys, payment details, medical records, or confidential documents.

What we can help with

  • Calculation errors and formula corrections.
  • Broken links, rendering issues, and mobile layout bugs.
  • Accessibility feedback and clarity improvements.
  • Privacy, advertising, and cookie disclosure questions.
  • Requests to clarify assumptions used by a calculator or converter.

Response

Reports are reviewed in batches. High-impact correctness issues, broken pages, accessibility blockers, and policy concerns are prioritized before cosmetic suggestions. We cannot provide personal financial, medical, legal, immigration, tax, or laboratory advice by email, but we do use reports to improve formulas, validation messages, examples, and help text.

Privacy note

Most tools are designed to run locally in your browser. Contact email is separate from the calculators themselves: when you email us, your message is handled by the mail provider you use and by our inbox provider. Keep reports focused on reproducible inputs and public page URLs whenever possible.

Helpful report format

For calculation bugs, send the exact values entered, selected units, precision settings, expected formula, and the result you expected. For PDF, text, JSON, or developer tools, describe the source format and the output difference without attaching sensitive files. Clear reproduction steps help us separate a content typo from a functional defect and patch the right layer. If the issue is visual, include the viewport size and whether it happened on mobile, tablet, or desktop, plus the page section.
